Our Story
Time and Space began, like most meaningful things do - in a moment of truth.
For Jessie and Bianca It came quietly, in the middle of the everyday chaos. Between work deadlines, packed lunches, traffic, and endless to-do lists, something began to crack. Their daughter was growing fast, and from the outside, life looked fine. But inside, it felt like everything they dreamt of creating as a family was slipping away — their peace, their connection, their joy.
Then came the breaking point. Their oldest daughter’s bright light had dimmed under the weight of anxiety at school. The advice was loud — “Kids are resilient.” — “Just keep going.” — “She’ll get over it.”
Jessie and Bianca knew better. They saw the truth in their daughter’s eyes, in the sleepless nights and the rushed mornings — she wasn’t thriving.

They pulled her from school without a perfect plan or a polished philosophy — just a deep knowing that life was meant to feel different. Slower. Softer. More connected. They traded schedules for sunlight, routines for rhythm, and structure for space. That leap — born out of love, fear, and fierce intuition — became the beginning of something bigger. The birth of another baby girl :) as well as Time and Space: a reimagined way of living, learning, and being together.
Homeschooling opened a doorway to something deeper. Slow mornings, afternoons by the ocean, projects that grew from curiosity instead of curriculum. They saw themselves in their children — remembering what it felt like to learn freely, create boldly, and be guided by wonder instead of expectation.
But it wasn’t just about their family. They began to see that so many parents and kids were craving the same thing — community, shared purpose, and a way of living that honored slowing down and reclaiming their Time and Space. These were the values they wanted to live by.
